Cloud County man arrested on meth charges
While executing a Saline County warrant, Friday, Cloud County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Larry Roth in the 2000 block of Jade Road, after finding ingredients for a methamphetamine lab.
Roth was wanted in Saline County for possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, fleeing and eluding police officers, and driving while suspended.
After the Sheriff’s Dept. had executed the arrest warrant, they discovered ingredients to manufacture meth in the house, located approximately one mile west of Aurora. Roth was then charged in Cloud County with possession of meth, manufacturing meth, possession of paraphernalia with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a firearm, and resisting arrest.
Sheriff Brian Marks said Roth is currently in the Cloud County Jail on $50,000 bond.
A hazmat team from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment removed the hazardous material from the residence, this weekend.
