Kayla Rachelle Rowland appeared Jan. 9 and was found Guilty and convicted of Harassment by Telephone or Electronic Device. She was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $158 and attorney fees of $50 by March 13. Her sentence was suspended and she was placed on unsupervised probation for 12 months following specific terms and conditions. Defendant shall reappear before the Court at 1:30 p.m., March 13, if any costs or fees remain unpaid.
Paige Nelson appeared Jan. 13 and was found Guilty and convicted of Unlawful Possession or Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor. She was sentenced to the custody of the Cloud County Jail for 30 days and ordered to pay a fine of $200, costs of the action, $96 by Feb. 26. Defendant's sentence shall be suspended upon full payment of all costs and fine. Defendant shall reappear before the Court Feb. 26, 2014, at 9 a.m. if all costs and fine are not paid in full.
Richard Robert Knapp appeared Jan. 9 and was found Guilty and convicted of Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to time served and ordered to pay costs of the action in the sum of $158 by Feb. 27. Attorney fees were waived. Defendant shall reappear before the Court at 9 a.m., Feb. 27, if all costs and fine are not paid in full.
Michael L. Hansen appeared Jan. 8 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Interlock Device. He was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $96 forthwith.
