Julio C. Mendoza appeared Oct. 16 and was found guilty of Unlawful Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor and convicted. He was sentenced to the custody of the Cloud County Jail for 30 days, ordered to pay a fine of $200, and costs of the action, $86. His sentence was suspended upon full payment of all costs and fine. He must reappear before the court on Nov. 18, at 9 a.m., if all costs and fine are not paid in full. The Court directed the Division of Motor Vehicles to suspend defendant’s driving privileges pursuant to statute.
Travis N. Taylor appeared Oct. 13. The charge of Permitting Under Age Drinking in Licensed Establishment was dismissed. Defendant was found guilty of Denied Access of Law Enforcement to Establishment and convicted. He was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $148, a fine of $250, a probation supervision fee of $25 and all other assessed fees. His sentence was suspended with defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for a period of 12 months with specific terms and conditions.
Travis N. Taylor appeared Oct. 13. Charges of two violations of Permitting Under Age Drinking in Licensed Establishment and a violation of Maintaining a Public Nuisance were dismissed. He was found guilty of a violation of Allowing Consumption of Liquor and was convicted of the same. He was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $148, and a fine of $250 plus all other assessed fees. Defendant’s sentence was suspended with him being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for a period of 12 months with specific terms and conditions.
