Blake Alderson appeared Oct. 16. The Court dismissed charges of Possession of a Hallucinogenic Drug, Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Transporting an Open Container of Liquor. He was found guilty of Possession of a Prescription Only Drug, and convicted. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $148, a KBI lab fee of $400, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $25, a probation supervision fee of $25 and all other assessed fees. His sentence was suspended with the defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for a period of 12 months under specific terms and conditions.
