Burney S. Lovelace appeared Nov. 21 and was found Guilty and convicted of  Speeding, 70/55, and Driving While License was Suspended. For the speeding charge he was ordered to pay a fine of $75 and costs of the action, $98. For the driving while license suspended charge he was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100. His sentence shall be suspended on the condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Jan. 15, 2013.
Jennifer C. Spicher appeared Nov. 28 and was found Guilty and convicted of Speeding, 71/60, and No Driver's License on Person. For the speeding charge she was ordered to pay a fine of $51 and costs of the action, $98. For the no driver's license on person conviction she was sentenced to 10 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $50. Her sentence shall be suspended on the condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Jan. 16. Defendant shall reappear before the Court at 9 a.m., Jan. 16, 2013, if all costs are not paid in full.
