The case of State of Kansas vs. Juan Antonio Trelles Rodriguez came before Hon. Guy R. Steier, District Magistrate Judge Nov. 5. The Defendant did not appear but was found Guilty and convicted of Speeding, 89/70 and No Driver's License. For the speeding charge he was ordered to pay a fine of $99 and costs of the action, $96 forthwith. For the no driver's license conviction he was ordered to pay a fine of $100 forthwith.
Mark Moffett appeared Oct. 31 and was found Guilty and convicted of Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $158. No attorney fees were assessed. Defendant was given credit for time previously served and was ordered to report to the Cloud County Jail Nov. 15 at 9 a.m. to serve the remainder of his sentence.
