Angel D. Ahedo appeared Dec. 17 and was found guilty of Driving While License was Suspended, Second Offense and convicted. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay attorney fees of $150 and a fine of $1,500. The Court found that the defendant shall serve 45 days of this sentence beginning Jan. 1 at 5 p.m. The Court further found that defendant’s sentence shall be suspended with the exception of the 45-day term with defendant being placed on unsupervised probation with Court Services for six months with specific terms and conditions.
Judy K. Krug appeared Dec. 17 and was found guilty of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and convicted. She was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $148, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $25, BIDS administrative fee of $100, attorney fees of $400, probation supervision fee of $25 and all other assessed fees. The Court found her sentence shall be suspended with the defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for a period of 12 months with specific terms and conditions.
Jon T. Mihm appeared Dec. 16 and was found guilty and convicted of Criminal Hunting. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100. He also was convicted of possession of an untagged carcass, sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100. Defendant’s sentences were suspended and he was placed on unsupervised probation for a period of six months with specific terms and conditions.
Julio A. Flores appeared Dec. 16 and was found guilty of Driving Left of Center and Driving While License Suspended and convicted. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100. Defendant’s sentence was suspended on the condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Feb. 17, 2010.
