CRIMINAL
Gregory Allen Lehmann appeared Nov. 21 and was found Guilty and convicted of Driving While License Suspended, Third Offense. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $98 by Dec. 13. The Court further found that Defendant shall serve five days in the Cloud County Jail to be served as three consecutive days, beginning Dec. 13 at 7 p.m. and two consecutive days beginning Dec. 21 at 7 p.m. His sentence shall be suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Dec. 13.
Blaine Alexander Schmidt appeared Dec. 3 and was convicted of Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of an Intoxicant, Second Offense and sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail. He also was ordered to pay costs of the action, $98, a fine of $1,000, a $250 Community Corrections Supervision Fund (DUI) an alcohol/drug testing fee of $40, a probation supervision fee of $60 and all other assessed fees. Defendant also was convicted of being a Habitual Violator and sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100. His sentences were suspended with the exception of a five- day term with Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court services for 12 months following specific terms and conditions.
Cody Doupnik appeared Nov. 28 and was found Guilty and convicted of Pedestrian Under the Influence. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $98, a fine of $100 and all other assessed fees by Dec. 19. Defendant's sentence was suspended with the exception of a 48- hour term with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for six months following specific terms and conditions.
