Courthouse 2-11-14

District Court
Crystal M. Fredericks appeared Feb. 6. She stipulated to the allegations contained in plaintiff's Motion to Revoke Probation. After inquiry, the Court found that Defendant's stipulation was knowingly and voluntarily made with the advice and assistance of counsel. The Court found that Defendant had violated the terms and conditions of her probation and the same should be revoked. She was remanded to the custody of the Cloud County Jail to serve 180 days and was ordered to pay an additional lab fee to the Court Services Fund in the amount of $7. Following the service of her 180 days sanction, the Court found that Defendant's probation should terminate as unsuccessful.
