Leeanne Elizabeth Jade Parks appeared, Feb. 25, and was found guilty and convicted of Criminal Damage to Property and Falsely Reporting a Crime. For criminal damage to property, she was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $148, a probation supervision fee of $25 and other restitution and assessed fees. For falsely reporting a crime, she was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail with sentences to be served concurrently. Her sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for a period of six months with specific terms and conditions.
Robert Jackson appeared, March 3, and admits to allegations contained in Motion to Revoke Diversion.  The Court finds that Defendant has violated the terms and conditions of his diversion and that the same should be revoked and prosecution reinstated. The Court dismissed Counts 1 and 3 of the Complaint to charge Defendant with Speeding and with Transporting An Open Container. Defendant enters a plea of Guilty to the remaining charge of Unlawful Consumption of a Cereal Malt Beverage by a Minor.  The Court finds the Defendant guilty of that charge and he is convicted. He was ordered to pay a fine of $200 and costs of the action, $86. The Court directs the Division of Motor Vehicles to suspend Defendant’s driving privileges pursuant to statute.
Timothy J. Strathman appeared, March 3, and was found guilty and convicted of Transporting an Open Container. He was ordered to pay costs of the action, $86 and a fine of $200. His driving privileges were restricted to the operation of a motor vehicle on the highways of this state for a period of 90 days: to and from and in the course of employment; to and from school/educational purposes; and, in case of medical emergency.
