CRIMINAL
Angel A. Lopez appeared April 17 and was found Guilty and convicted of Improper Driving on Laned Highway and No Driver's License. For the improper driving charge he was ordered to pay a fine of $75 and costs of the action, $98 forthwith. For the no driver's license charge he was ordered to pay a fine of $100 forthwith.
Evelyn Ann Marie Hayes appeared April 16 and was found Guilty and convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay the costs of the action, $160, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $40, a probation supervision fee of $60 and all other assessed fees. Her sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for 12 months following specific terms and conditions.
Clinton T. Parks appeared April 16 and was found Guilty and convicted of Driving While License Suspended, First Offense. He was sentenced to 6 months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action in the sum of $98, and a fine of $100, and all other assessed fees, by May 24, 2013. Defendant's sentence shall be served concurrent with Case No. 12-TR-1685. The Court further finds that Defendant's sentence shall be suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for a period of 6 months with specific terms and conditions.
Clinton T. Parks appeared April 16 and was found Guilty and convicted of Driving While License Suspended, Second  Offense. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $98, a fine of $100 and all other assessed fees by May 29. Defendant's sentence was suspended, with the exception of a five (5) day term, and he was placed on unsupervised probation for six months following specific terms and conditions.
