Robert R. Payne appeared March 29 and was found Guilty and convicted of Seven Violations of Giving a Worthless Check. He was sentenced to 364 days in the Cloud County Jail for each, to be served concurrently, and ordered to pay the costs of the action, $160, restitution of $459.12 to Sears; $276.73 to Tom's Music House; $131.94 to Catchall; $227.09 to Downtown Smokeshop; $95.71 to Rod's Thriftway; $356.18  to Concordia Town & Country;  adm. handling fees of $70 to Cloud County Treasurer; probation supervision fee of $60 and all other assessed fees. His sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for 364 days following specific terms and conditions.
Terance Noble Tieking appeared April 4 and was found Guilty and convicted of Possession of a Hallucinogenic Drug, Marijuana. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay the costs of the action, $160, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $40, a probation fee of $60, attorney fees of $100 and all other assessed fees. His sentence was suspended and Defendant was placed on supervised probation with Court Services for 2 months following specific terms and conditions.
