Laura Hittle appeared May 1 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Liability Insurance. She was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and costs of the action, $98. Her sentence shall be suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by June 5. The Court finds that Defendant's cash bond shall be applied to the costs of this action. $8.50 of the bond shall be applied to purchase a community service work insurance policy and the remainder to costs and fine. The Court finds that the Defendant may perform preapproved community service work, at the rate of $6.00 per hour, to offset the remaining balance due in this action.
Gustavo Zacarias-Romero appeared May 1 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Driver's License. He was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $98 forthwith. His cash bond was applied to the costs of this action.
Richard J. Collins Jr. appeared May 1 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Liability Insurance. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and costs of the action, $98. His sentence was suspended on the condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by May 29.
Juan A. Castillo appeared May 1 and was found Guilty and convicted of Transporting an Open Container. He was ordered to pay a fine of $200 and costs of the action, $98 forthwith.
