 Armando Rene Perez Jr. appeared July 1 and was found Guilty and convicted of Criminal Trespass and Disorderly Conduct. For the criminal trespass charge he  was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $158, and a BIDS administrative fee of $100 by Aug. 28. For the disorderly conduct charge he was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail. His  sentences were suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for six months following specific terms and conditions.
 Foster M. Losh appeared July 11  and was found Guilty and convicted of Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $200 and costs of the action, $158 forthwith. His sentence was suspended.
 Brittany L.M. Moore appeared July 11 and was found Guilty and convicted of Disorderly Conduct. She was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $200 and costs of the action, $158 forthwith. Her sentence was suspended.
 Don Paul Jones appeared July 11 and was found Guilty of Possession of a Hallucinogenic Drug,  Marijuana. He was sentenced to 12 months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $158, an alcohol/drug testing fee of $40, a probation supervision fee of $60, attorney fees of $242 and other assessed fees. His sentence was suspended with the exception of a 72- hour term, with Defendant being placed on supervised probation with Court Services for 12 months following specific terms and conditions.
 Clarence James Geisler appeared July 11 and was found Guilty and convicted of Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $160 by Oct. 24. His sentence was suspended with Defendant being placed on unsupervised probation for six months following specific terms and conditions.
 Jordan D. Bauer appeared July 10 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Liability Insurance. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay  a fine of $300 and costs of the action, $96. His sentence was suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Aug. 14.
