Glen A. Rife appeared, July 15, for defendant’s trial by jury. The jury found Rife guilty of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant, third offense, a nonperson off-grid felony. The Court found that a presentence investigation shall be conducted prior to sentencing which was set for Sept. 1, at 9 a.m. All post-trial motions will be heard at that time. Defendant was released on his continuing bond.
Sara B. Shuler appeared July 16 and was found guilty and convicted of no driver’s license. She was ordered to pay a fine of $50 and costs of the action, $86, by Aug. 12. Defendant shall reappear before the Court on Aug. 12, at 9 a.m., if all costs and fines are not paid in full.
