CRIMINAL:
Jason Charles Ryals appeared July 21 and was found Guilty and convicted of Driving While License Suspended. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $100, a BIDS Administrative fee of $100 and the costs of this action, $158. Pursuant to State v. Robinson, no attorney fees are assessed in this action. Defendant's sentence shall be suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Aug. 28. The Court finds that the Division of Motor Vehicles shall be notified of this conviction.

Krista A. Windle appeared July 21 and was found Guilty and convicted of No Liability Insurance. She was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay a fine of $300 and the costs of this action, $108. Her sentence was suspended on condition that all fines and costs are paid in full by Aug. 27.
