Brian Lyn Quang Ngo appeared July 25 and was found Guilty and convicted of Criminal Trespass and Criminal Damage to Property. For the criminal damage to property offense, he was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs of the action, $158, restitution of $200, a BIDS Administrative fee of $100 and all other assessed fees. For the criminal trespass violation he was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail. Defendant's sentence was suspended and he was placed on supervised probation with Court Services for 12 months following specific terms and conditions.
