Jose A. Nava appeared Feb. 26 and was found Guilty and convicted of Driving Beyond Restrictions. He was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $96, by April 23. defendant shall reappear before the court at 4 p.m., April 23, if any costs remain unpaid. The Court further finds that the Defendant's driving privileges shall be suspended for a period of thirty days.
Brian James Metzger appeared Feb. 26 and was found Guilty of No Driver's License. He was ordered to pay a fine of $100 and costs of the action, $96. The Court also found that he had been convicted of Expired Registration for which he was ordered to pay a fine of $50.
