Theft—Short Stop #10 reported Oct. 13, theft of merchandise from the 1900 block of Lincoln.
Citation—Officers cited Houston Volk, 19, Friend, Neb., at approximately 2:23 a.m., Oct. 14, in the 2100 block of Campus Drive for minor in possession.
Accidents—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 7:57 a.m., Oct. 14, in the 1400 block of East 9th Street involving vehicles driven by Veronica Barrington and Norma Ward, both  of Concordia.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approx. 3:51 p.m., Oct. 14, at 13th and Republican involving vehicles driven by Mackenzie Parker and Mayra Brooks, both of Concordia.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 8:29 p.m., Oct. 14, in a parking lot in the 1900 block of Lincoln involving vehicles driven by Shawn Marcotte, Concordia, and Samantha Presler, Jamestown.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 2:08 a.m., Oct. 15, at 10th and Washington involving a vehicle owned by Retta Waite, Concordia, and an unknown vehicle.
