Police Dept. Report
Arrests—An officer arrested Sergio Dominguez-Guiterrez, 40, Concordia, at approximately 11:24 a.m., Oct. 15, in the 200 block of West 2nd Street, charging him with aggravated battery (two counts), DUI, no driver’s license, transporting an open container, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report accident causing damage. Dominguez-Gutierrez was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Brett Davenport, 44, Concordia, at approximately 3:30 p.m., Oct. 17, in the 800 block of East 7th Street on a City of Concordia Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Davenport was transported to Cloud County Jail.
Officers arrested Gerald Johnson Jr., 24, Jamestown, at approximately 5:27 p.m., Oct. 17, in the 300 block of East 8th on a Cloud County warrant for failure to appear. Johnson was transported to Cloud County Jail.
Officers arrested Jamie Renz, 26, Concordia, at approximately 8:42 p.m., Oct. 17, in the 300 block of East 12th, on a City of Concordia Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear. Renz was transported to Cloud County Jail.
Damage to property—An officer investigated a report of damage to a vehicle owned by Sheena Eubanks, Concordia, Oct. 15, that had occurred sometime overnight in the 100 block of East 11th Street.
Sheriff’s Dept. Report
Arrests—Sheriff’s deputies arrested Pedro J. Mendoza, Oct. 16, on a Cloud County warrant. Mendoza will serve five days in jail.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested a juvenile, Oct. 17, for consumption of alcohol by a minor. The juvenile was released to a parent.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ray L. Drake, Jamestown, Oct. 18, on a Cloud County warrant. Drake will serve 14 days in jail.
Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Michelle P. Snell, Concordia, Oct. 18, for DUI. Snell was released on bond.
Theft—Enos Grauerholtz, Beloit, reported, Oct. 16, a stolen 1986 Meritt cattle trailer in Glasco. The trailer was valued at $20,000.
Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 8:56 a.m., Oct. 15, Medic-1 went to the 300 block of east 12th and transported a 77-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
At 3:13 p.m., Oct. 15, Medic-1 went to the 200 block of West 1st for a 70-year-old female. No transport was made.
At 6:13 p.m., Oct. 15, Medic-1 went to 8th and Lincoln and transported an 81-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 6:35 a.m., Oct. 16, Medic-1 went to the the 800 block of West 5th for a 14-year-old female. No transport was made.
At 11:37 a.m., Oct. 16, Medic-1 responded to 3rd and State. No transport was made.
At 10:15 a.m., Oct. 18, Medic-1 responded to the 700 block of West 11th Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
