Police Dept. Report
Theft—Larry Blochlinger of Sunset Home reported at approximately 2:35 p.m., Oct. 23, theft of property from the 600 block of 2nd Ave. Theft occurred sometime after Oct. 1.
Allan Moore, Concordia, reported at approximately 12:28 p.m., Oct. 24, theft of property from the 300 block of East 13th. Theft occurred sometime overnight.
Douglas Moore, Concordia, reported at approximately 12:38 p.m., Oct. 25, theft of property from the 600 block of West 9th. Theft happened sometime in the last three weeks.
Damage to property—Jeremy Arnold, Concordia, reported Oct. 24 damage to property in the 900 block of Republican. Damage was sometime between 7 and 9:30 p.m., Oct. 23.
Annette Lynn, Concordia, reported at approximately 3:38 p.m., Oct. 25, damage to property in the 400 block of East 12th.
Arrest—Officers arrested Brittany Mills, 18, Minneapolis, at approximately 10:22 p.m., Oct. 25, in the 300 block of East 9th charging her with domestic battery. Mills was taken to Cloud County Corrections.

Sheriff’s Dept. Report
Shooting—William C. Ramsey, Concordia, reported, Oct. 22, that an unknown person shot a cow belonging to him. The incident remains under investigation.
Damage to property—Brian D. Peterson reported Oct. 23 that damage had been done to a vehicle belonging to him. Damages were estimated at $100.
Arrests—Deputies arrested Paula M. Terry, Clyde, Oct. 24, for endangering a child and disorderly conduct. She was released on bond.
Deputies arrested Nathan A. Brake, Cuba, Oct. 24, for probation violation and driving on a suspended license.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 10:07 a.m., Friday,Medic-2 responded to the Cloud County Health Center for a long distance transfer to Salina Regional Health Center.
At 1:51 p.m., Friday, Medic-1 responded to Sunset Home and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 3:47 p.m., Friday, Medic-2 responded to the Cloud County Health Center for a long distance transfer to Salina Regional Health Center.
At 12:56 a.m., Saturday, Medic-1 responded to the 600 block of West 6th Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
