Arrests—Deputies arrested Eliasar Gonzalez, Great Bend, Nov. 25, for driving without a valid license. Gonzalez was released upon posting bond.
Deputies arrested Christopher R. Waechter, Concordia, Nov. 25, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Waechter remains in jail.
Deputies arrested Benjamin J. Thrush, Concordia, Nov. 25, for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. Thrush remains in jail.
Deputies arrested James L. Eisman, Clay Center, Nov. 26, for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Eisman was released upon posting bond.
Deputies arrested Jacob E. Dorman, Concordia, Nov. 26, for probation violation. Dorman was released after 48 hours were served.
Shooting—Dennis L. Burt, Belleville, reported Nov. 11 that an unknown person shot and killed three cows belonging to him. Damages were estimated at $2,000.
Accidents—An eastbound Chevy truck driven by Jason M. Garwood, Clyde, swerved into the south ditch on Wagon Road east of 170th, Nov. 27, causing the vehicle to roll over. Damages were estimated at more than $1,000 with no injuries reported.
An eastbound Ford truck driven by Justin W. LeDuc, Clyde, left the roadway, striking a ditch, and rolled over, Nov. 29. LeDuc was taken by private vehicle to Cloud County Health Center. Damages to the vehicle were estimated at more than $1,000.
A GMC Yukon driven by Vincent P. Armstrong, Concordia, struck a deer on Deer Road near 250th, Nov. 30. Damages were estimated at more than $1,000 with no injuries reported.
