Police Dept. Report
Arrests—Officers arrested Bryant Flesher, 20, Concordia, at approximately 12:59 p.m., Nov. 8, charging him with aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Flesher was transported to Cloud County Jail.
Officers arrested David Moffett, 53, Concordia, at approximately 3:43 p.m., Nov. 9, in the 200 block of West 11th Street on a Cloud County warrant for Failure to Appear.
Accidents—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 2:54 p.m., Nov. 9, in the 1700 block of Lincoln involving vehicles driven by Martha Clay and Whitney Sjolander, both of Concordia.
Officers investigated at two vehicle accident at approximately 4:28 p.m., Nov. 9, in the 100 block of East College Drive involving vehicles driven by Mary Reynold, Formoso, and Betty Voss, Concordia.
