Police Dept. Report
Damage to property—Peoples Exchange Bank reported damage to a window at the bank in the 300 block of West 6th Street. The damage occurred sometime after 7 p.m., Nov. 9, and before 8 a.m., Nov. 10.
Arrest—Officers arrested William E. Conn, 29, Jewell, at approximately 5 p.m., Nov. 10, in the 800 block of Washington Street on a Johnson County warrant for attempted aggravated indecent liberties with a child.
Officers investigated a noise complaint at approximately 11 p.m., Nov. 10, in the 500 block of 3rd Ave. Investigation led to the arrest of William J. Laffery, 22, and Allyn J. Wiesen, 24, both of Concordia. Both were charged with disorderly conduct.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 8:15 a.m., Wednesday, Medic-1 went to the 400 block of East 8th and transported an 83-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 1:48 p.m., Wednesday, Medic-1, Medic-3 went to the 300 block of Fisher in Glasco and transported a 92-year-old male to Mitchell County Hospital.
At 10:27 p.m., Wednesday, Medic-1 went to the 100 block of West 12th and transported a 28-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
