Police Dept. Report
Accidents—Officers investigated a two vehicle Accident at approximately 7:45 a.m., Nov. 16, in the 300 block of East 9th Street. Vehicles driven by Rexann Allen and Kristin Mcrill, both of Concordia, collided at that location. No injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a report of an Accident at 9:45 a.m., Nov. 16, that occurred on Nov. 15 in the southbound lane of U.S. 81. A vehicle driven by Larry Godwin, Broomfield, Colo., was struck by an item that came out of a vehicle driven by Justin Bolte, Salina. Bolte was issued a Citation for Driving While Suspended.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 4:30 p.m., Nov. 17, in the Short Stop parking lot in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street. Vehicles driven by Eunice M. Eakins, Concordia, and Rhona K. Benyshek, Belleville, collided at that location. No injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 9:40 a.m., Nov. 20, in the 100 block of West 19th Street. Vehicles driven by Marylu Fellows and Ronda L. Gumm, both of Concordia, collided at that location. No injuries were reported.
Theft—Logan Burt, Concordia, reported at 1:10 p.m., Nov. 16, the Theft and Illegal Use of a Financial Card. Investigation continues.
An officer took a Theft report Nov. 18 from employees at Wood Oil in the 200 block of East 6th Street at approximately 12:20 p.m. Investigation continues.
Florence A. Girard, Concordia, reported at 8:15 a.m., Nov. 19, the Theft of Items that occurred on Nov. 15.
Officers took a Theft report at 6:25 p.m., Nov. 23, from Wood Oil in the 200 block of East 6th Street. Employees reported Theft of Fuel. Investigation continues.
Damage to property—Derek A. Hatesohl, Concordia, reported at 9:20 a.m., Nov. 17, that sometime during the overnight hours someone had Damaged his Vehicle while it was parked in the 2100 block of Republican Street.
Marla Jorgensen, Concordia, reported at 10:25 a.m., Nov. 17, that sometime overnight someone had Damaged the Dumpster owned by Brown's Disposal while it was in the 500 block of State Street.
Arrests—Officers arrested Preston Suiter, Randall, at approximately 1:30 a.m., Nov. 18, in the 100 block of East College Drive on a Mitchell County Warrant. Suiter was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested three juveniles at approximately 12:20 p.m., Nov. 23, in the 100 block of East College Drive. All individuals were charged with Theft and released to their guardians.
Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 8 a.m., Sunday, Medic-5 responded to the 400 block of East 5th and transported an 86-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 4:26 p.m., Sunday, Medic-5 responded to the 1100 block of West 11th and transported a 90-year- old female patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 5:30 p.m., Sunday, Medic-1 responded to Cloud County Health Center and transported a 90-year-old female to Salina Regional Health Center.
