Police Dept. Report
Arrest—Officers arrested Kevin Licharowicz, 20, Concordia, at approximately 1:05 p.m., Nov. 1, in the 2200 block of Campus Drive. Licharowicz was transported to Cloud County Corrections and charged with Transporting an Open Container, Minor in Possession and Driving While Suspended.
Accident—Officers investigated a two vehicle Accident at 3:20 p.m., Nov. 1, in the 100 block of East College Drive. Vehicles driven by Vyonda S. Warner, Downs, and Raymond E. Nnolim, Tulsa, Okla., collided at that location. No injuries were reported.
Damage to property—Officers investigated a report of Damage to Property at 6:40 a.m., Nov. 3, in the 1400 block of Lincoln St. Investigation continues.
Theft—Brandon L. Michels, Manhattan, reported Theft of Items at 8:20 pm., Nov. 3. Theft had occurred sometime after Nov. 1 in the 500 block of East 7th Street. Investigation continues.
Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 2:01 p.m., Monday, Engine-1, Truck-1 went to East 4th Street for a grass fire in a ditch. Fire was extinguished.
At 4:45 p.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to Sunset Home and transported a 92-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
At 5:16 p.m., Monday, Medic-1, Medic-5 went to the 500 block of West 18th for a 76-year-old male. No transport was made.
AT 6:31 p.m., Monday, Medic-5, Medic-1, Rescue-1 and Truck-1 went to 120th and Noble Road for a two motor vehicle accident. Medic-5 transported a 67-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
District Court CRIMINAL Brian Lyn Quang Ngo appeared July 25 and was found Guilty and convicted of Criminal Trespass and Criminal Damage to Property. For the criminal damage to property offense, he was sentenced to six months in the Cloud County Jail and ordered to pay costs... [More]
