Sheriff’s Dept. Report
Injury accident—On Dec. 6, Avery J. High, Clay Center, driving a northbound Ford Mustang, lost control of his vehicle and struck a guardrail on Highway 81 at the Highway 24 junction. A passenger in the vehicle was transported to Cloud County Health Center with possible injuries. Damages were estimated at more than $1,000.
Non-injury accident—On Dec. 9, Anthony W. Taddiken, Concordia, driving an eastbound Chevy Malibu, lost control of his vehicle on Deer Road near 240th and ran into a culvert. No injuries were reported. Damages were estimated at more than $1,000.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 11:04 a.m., Tuesday, Medic-1 responded to the 1500 block of Archer Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 4:48 a.m., Wednesday, Medic-1 responded to the 100 block of West 9th Street. No transport was made.
At 9:42 a.m., Wednesday, Medic-1 responded to the 400 block of East 11th Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 11:08 a.m., Wednesday, Medic-1 responded to the 200 block of West 20th Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 2:05 p.m., Wednesday, Medic-1 responded to Cloud County Health Center for a long distance transfer to Wichita.
