Arrest—Officers arrested Harold W. McNeely, 52, Concordia, at 8:15 p.m., Dec. 17, in the 1500 block of Lincoln Street charging him with Driving While Suspended and Refusal to Submit to DUI Tests. McNeely was transported to Cloud County Corrections.

Arrests—Deputies arrested Amber Wogomon, Concordia, Dec. 17, charging her with Domestic Battery and Criminal Trespass. Wogomon was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Deputies arrested Katherine West, Concordia, Dec. 17, on a Republic County Warrant for Failure to Appear. West was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Deputies arrested Bradley Elson, Concordia, Dec. 17, on two Cloud County Warrants for Failure to Comply with Terms of Probation. Elson was transported to Cloud County Corrections.

At 11:28 a.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to the 400 block of East 5th and transported an 82-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 4:21 p.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to the 100 block of East 7th and transported an 89-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 8:24 p.m., Monday, Medic-1 went to Cloud County Health Center for long distance transfer of a 49-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
At 8:44 p.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to the 300 block of West 6th. No transport was made.
