Police Dept. Report
Hit and run—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 12:15 p.m., Dec. 9 in the 1500 block of Lincoln involving an unknown vehicle and a vehicle owned by Janine Reid, Courtland.
Accidents—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 10:30 a.m., Dec. 18, at 6th and Washington involving vehicles driven by Lloyd Haswell and Rachel Crannell, both of Concordia.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 2:45 p.m., Dec. 18, at 11th and Lincoln involving vehicles driven by Tango Crenshaw, Lincoln, Neb., and Mary Williamson, Glasco.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 4:40 p.m., Dec. 18, at 18th and Broadway involving vehicles driven by Raymond Perret and Thomas Zugelder, both of Concordia.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 2:10 a.m., Dec. 19, in the 800 block of Olive involving vehicles driven by Matthew Murdock and Micheal Collins, both of Concordia.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at approximately 10:50 P.M., Dec. 20, in the 400 block of west 7th involving a vehicle owned by Richard Eakins and a vehicle owned by Erin Riffey, both of Concordia.

Sheriff’s Dept. Report
Accidents—It was reported to the sheriff’s department Dec. 19 that Brett Barleen, Concordia, accidentally discharged a firearm resulting in minor injuries to the left hand.
On Dec. 12 a west bound vehicle driven by James Walker, Concordia, was struck by another vehicle driven by Scott Seifert, Clyde, at 145th and Plum Road. A passenger in Seifert’s vehicle was treated for minor injuries and released.
Arrest—Deputies arrested Christopher Valeka Dec. 19 for driving while suspended and no proof of insurance. Valeka was released on bond.
Damage to property and theft—It was reported to the sheriff’s department Dec. 19 that an unknown person broke a window and entered the elevator in Jamestown and removed several items. Property losses are estimated at less than $1,000.

At 11:18 a.m. Medic 1 responded to the 900 block of East 7th Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 3:14 p.m. Medic 1 responded to the 1500 block of Archer. No transport was made.
At 5:14 p.m. Medic 1 responded to the 500 block of East 8th Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 8:03 p.m. Medic 1 responded to Alstom Power and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 10:18 p.m. Medic 1 responded to Alstom Power and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.

Calls for Dec. 20
At 10:30 a.m. Medic 1 responded to the 1400 block of Cedar Street and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 10:41 a.m. Medic 2 responded to the 200 block of Washington Street and transported  one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
At 12:59 p.m. Medic 1 responded to the 900 block of East 7th Street. No transport was made.
At 5:16 p.m. Medic 1 and Rescue 1 responded to 1 mile south of Concordia on Highway 81 for a two vehicle accident. No transport was made.
