Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrested–Julio Sanchez, Grand Island, Neb., was booked into jail Dec. 23, on an order for commitment.
Richard Knapp was arrested Dec. 26 on a Cloud County Warrant for Failure to Appear. He was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Turner McDaniel,. Fairmont, Neb., was booked into jail on Dec. 26 on an Order for Commitment.
Deputies arrested Jacob Shipp, Glasco, Dec. 26, charging him with Transporting an Open Container. Shipp was cited and released.
Brandon Kreiter, Concordia, was booked into jail Dec. 27 on a sanction for a Probation Violation.
Samuel Ratliff, Clyde, was booked into jail on a sanction for a Probation Violation Dec. 27.
Deputies arrested Michael Criner, New Caney, Texas, Dec. 27, charging him with Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Criner was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Deputies arrested Ralph Stirrit, Clay Center, Dec. 28, charging him with DUI. Stirrit was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Accidents–Deputies investigated a one vehicle accident on Rock Road Dec. 24. Jay Strait, driving a 1999 Ford, lost control and entered the ditch. Vehicle damage of more than $1,000 was reported with no injuries to the driver.
Deputies investigated a two vehicle accident Dec. 24, in Miltonvale. Vehicles driven by Ernest McKinley, St. Joseph, Mo., and Dale Wilson, Miltonvale, collided on Railroad Street. Vehicle damage of more than $1,000 was reported with no injuries to either driver.
Deputies investigated a one vehicle accident Dec. 21 on Highway 24. Devin Ojeda, Norton, driving a 2005 Chevy 1500, lost control and rolled over. Vehicle damage of more than $1,000 was reported with no injuries to the driver.
Police Dept. Report
Damage to property–Derek J. Buss, Concordia, reported at 2:30 p.m., Dec. 24, that someone had Damaged Property in the 700 block of east 8th Street. Damage occurred sometime in the last week.
Accident–Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 6:40 p.m., Dec. 24, in the 500 block of Spruce Street. A vehicle driven by Jammie Kreiter, Concordia, struck a legally parked and unattended vehicle owned by Juana Avicola, Concordia. No injuries were reported.
Arrests–Officers arrested Ian Currier, 19, Concordia, at 9:45 a.m., Dec. 26, in the 600 block of West 8th Street. Currier was transported to Cloud County Corrections and charged with Criminal Damage to Property and Domestic Battery.
Officers conducting a traffic stop at East 8th Street and Lincoln Street at 9:50 p.m., Dec. 27, arrested Ernest M. Craig Jr., 37, Concordia, charging him with Transporting an Open Container. Craig was cited and released.
Officers arrested Anthony James May, 19, Concordia, at 12:05 a.m., Dec. 28, in the 400 block of East 5th Street. May was transported to Cloud County Corrections and charged with Criminal Damage to Property.
Officers arrested Justin R. Ramsey, 21, Jamestown, at approximately 9:30 p.m., Dec. 28, in the 100 block of east 7th Street charging him with Furnishing Alcohol to Minors. Ramsey was taken to Cloud County Corrections.

Police Dept. Report Accident—At 4 p.m., Aug. 20, officers investigated an accident in the 600 block of Washington involving vehicles driven by Savannah Brockelman and Leslie Freeman, both of Concordia.
