Police Dept. Report
Arrests—Officers arrested Kayla R. Rowland, 24, Concordia, at 2:40 p.m., Feb. 7, in the 300 block of East 6th Street on a Cloud County Warrant for Bond Violation. Rowland was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Ambir Lin Clapp, 39, Concordia, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Feb. 8, in the 500 block of East 17th Street. Clapp was transported to Cloud County Corrections and charged with Domestic Battery.
Officers doing a traffic stop at 2:40 a.m., Feb. 9, at College and Campus Drive arrested Aaron L. Jones, 21, Eustis, Neb., charging him with Speeding, Driving While Revoked and Driving Under the Influence. Jones was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Accident—Officers investigated a one vehicle accident at 10 a.m., Feb. 8. A vehicle driven by Izaiah M. Grogan, Concordia, struck and damaged property owned by Dean Williams, Concordia, in the 100 block of West 19th Street. The accident occurred at approximately 8:30 p.m., Feb. 7.
Theft—Alex Staines, Concordia, reported Theft of Property from the 300 block of West 5th Street at 4:20 p.m., Feb. 8. The theft occurred sometime the night of Feb. 7.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests—Deputies arrested Shawn Kearns, Belleville, Feb. 7, charging him with Driving While Revoked. Kearns was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Deputies arrested Cody Soukup, Ellsworth, Feb. 9, charging him with Driving Under the Influence and Minor in Consumption. Soukup was transported to Cloud County Corrections.

Fire Dept./EMS Report

At 9:38 a.m., Thursday, Medic-1 went to Cloud County Health Center for the long distance transfer of a 33-year-old male to Salina Regional Health Center.
At 2:59 p.m., Thursday, Medic-5 went to Pawnee Health Center and transported a 59-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
