Police Dept. Report
Theft–Officers charged Harold Mcneely, 52, Concordia, with Theft of Items from Dollar General Store in Concordia, on Monday, Feb.4, at approx. 6 p.m.
Theft of Items was reported by Tiffany Wagner, Concordia at 11:30 a.m., Feb. 5. Theft occurred sometime that morning.
Helen P. Nault, Concordia reported a Theft on Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 12 noon. Investigation continues.
Accidents–Officers investigated a two vehicle accident on Tuesday, Feb. 5, at approx. 1:05 p.m. in the intersection of Washington and West 11th Street, involving vehicles driven by Phyllis Gould and Shannon D. Lewellyn, both of Concordia. Concordia EMS transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident on Sunday, Feb. 10th at 4:05 p.m. in the 1600 block of Lincoln St. involving vehicles driven by Murray Widen, Concordia and Robert Lawson, Agenda. No injuries were reported.
Arrests–Officers arrested Joshua L. Koch on Wednesday, Feb. 6th at 10:35 p.m. in the 7100 block of Waterfront Drive, Concordia, charging him with Domestic Battery. Koch was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Curtis Appleby, 26, Concordia, on Thursday February 7th at 1:00 p.m. in the 100 block of East College Drive on a Cloud County District Warrant for Failure to Comply. Appleby was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Jace Moore, 18, Concordia on Thursday Feb. 7th at 1:45 p.m. in the 400 block West 6th Street on a Cloud County Warrant for Failure to Comply. Moore was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Foster M. Losh, 18, Concordia, on Friday, Feb. 8th at approx. 8:00 p.m. in the 400 block of West 6th on a Cloud County Warrant for Felony Theft. Losh was transported to Cloud County Corrections.

District Court CRIMINAL Joseph Leroy Tholstrup appeared Aug. 28 and was found Guilty and Convicted of Disorderly Conduct. He was sentenced to 30 days in the Cloud County Jail, ordered to pay costs of the action, $158, attorney fees of $100 and a fine of $200 by Sept. 3.... [More]
