Deputies arrested Brett Davenport, Concordia, Feb. 26, charging him with Driving Without a License. Davenport was transported to Cloud County Corrections.

Arrests—Officers arrested Rosendo Hernandez Garcia, 51, Concordia, at 11:20 a.m., Feb. 26, in the 700 block of East 6th Street, charging him with Illegal Left Turn and Driving While Suspended. Garcia was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
While on a routine traffic stop at 11:01 p.m., Feb. 26, for a defective brake light in the 100 block of West 17th Street, Officers arrested Gerdson Lubin, 21, Miami, Fla., Lubin was cited for Driving While Suspended and No Proof of Insurance.
