Arrests—Officers arrested Kenneth Prickette, 36, Jamestown, at approximately 10:20 a.m., Feb. 3, in the 400 block of West 6th on a warrant from the Kansas Department of Corrections for Parole Violations–Officers arrested Gustavo Mendoza, 22, Concordia, at approximatley 9:21 p.m., Feb. 3, in the 1100 block of Kemp Street on two City of Concordia Municipal Court warrants for Failure to Pay.
Theft—Cloud County Community College reported Theft of Property from the 2200 block Campus Drive at approximately 11:55 a.m., Feb. 3. The theft occurred sometime Feb. 1.
