Hit and run—A legally parked and unattended vehicle owned by Jeremy Casey, Concordia, was struck sometime during the early morning hours of Thursday, Feb. 28, while parked in the 200 block of West 11th. Damages total more than $1,000.
Cited—Daniel Wheatley, 51, Concordia, was charged Feb. 28 with bypassing an ignition interlock device. Charges stem from an incident that occurred at
Budreau Muffler Feb. 22. He was cited and released.

Items found with location unknown are: boy’s bicycle; video camera; key with key ring; cell phone; hubcap.
