Theft—Officers cited and released Katrina Moore, 28, Concordia, at approximately 7 p.m., March 7, in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street. Moore was charged with Theft.
Jon Snyder, Concordia, reported a Theft at 2:50 p.m. that occurred sometime between Feb. 27 and 28 in the 100 block of West 13th Street.
Accidents—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 8:25 p.m., March 7, in the 1300 block of Olive Street. A vehicle driven by Susan Hoard, Concordia, struck a legally parked and unattended vehicle owned by Jill Taylor, Concordia. No injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 6:40 p.m., March 9, in the 1900 block of Lincoln Street involving vehicles driven by Terri Headrick and Robyn Burwell, both of Concordia. No injuries were reported.
Arrests—Officers doing a traffic stop at 3 a.m., March 8, in the 200 block of East 1st St., arrested Jessica Lynn Evans, 39, Concordia, charging her with Driving While Suspended.
Officers conducting a traffic stop at 1:45 a.m., March 9, in the 1400 block of Lincoln St., arrested Blake A. Quillen, 19, Clyde, charging him with Minor in Possession and Driving Under the Influence. Officers also arrested Christopher D. Sparks, 19, Clyde, charging him with Minor in Possession and Transporting an Open Container. Quillen was transported to Cloud County Corrections. Sparks was cited and released.
