Police Dept. Report
Accident—Officers investigated an accident at 1 a.m., March 14 in the 1800 block Cedar. Unknown subjects abandoned a vehicle at the scene after damaging property. Investigation continues.
Arrests—Officers took custody of Daniel Stewart, 55, Concordia, at 2:30 p.m., March 14, and transported him to Cloud County Corrections after he was arrested in Mitchell County on a Concordia Municipal Court Warrant.
Officers arrested Willie Joseph, 49, Palestine, Texas, at 2:45 a.m., March 15, and charged him with Driving With a Suspended License.
Theft—Wood Oil, Concordia, reported Theft of Fuel at approximately 12:40 p.m., March 15. Investigation continues.
Nancy Duvall, Concordia, reported Theft of Property from the 800 block of Matthew at approximately 9:10 a.m., March 16. Theft had occurred earlier in the morning.
Damage to property—Roger Garrett, Concordia, reported at 11:45 p.m., March 15, that his vehicle had been damaged sometime after 9:30 p.m. while it was parked in the 400 block of West 11th Street.

Fire Dept./EMS Report
At 10:23 a.m., Sunday, Medic-5 went to the 1400 block of Highland Drive for an 83-year-old male. No transport was made.
At 10:33 a.m., Sunday, Medic-1 went to Sunset Home and transported a 90-year- old man to Cloud County Health Center.
At 10:57 a.m., Sunday, Medic-5 went to the 700 block of West 11th and transported a 79-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
At 11:31 p.m., Sunday, Medic-5 went to the 1400 block of Olive for a 65-year-old male. No transport was made.
At 12:46 a.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to the 1400 block of Olive and transported a 65-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 1:50 a.m., Monday, Medic-2 and Truck-2 went to the 300 block of East 1st in Glasco and transported an 82-year-old female to Mitchell County Hospital.
At 2:43 a.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to the Cloud County Jail and transported a 25- year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.

Sheriff's Dept. Report
Arrests—Deputies arrested James Jackson, Glasco, March 15, charging him with Domestic Criminal Damage to Property. Jackson was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Deputies arrested Melissa Somers, Concordia, March 16, charging her with Refusal of PBT and Refusal to Submit to Intoxilyzer Testing. Somers was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Deputies arrested Manuel Villegas-Avila, Grand Island, Neb., March 16, charging him with No Driver's License. Villegas-Avila was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Deputies arrested Richard Nelson, Concordia, March 17, charging him with DUI and Refusal of Testing. Nelson was transported to Cloud County  Corrections.
