Theft—Verletta Moon, Concordia, reported the Theft of a bench from the 100 block of East 6th Street at 8:45 a.m., March 5. Theft occurred sometime during the night.
Non-payment—Troy B. Buckland, Norway, reported at 7:40 a.m., March 5, that he has not been paid for items sold in Concordia. Investigation continues.
Reward offered—Cloud County Crime Stoppers are offering a $200 reward for information leading to the arrest of Lori Suzanne Saey, a 45-year-old white female wanted for Attempted Murder in the First Degree for the stabbing of a man in Concordia, Feb. 24.
