Arrests—Officers arrested a juvenile at approximately 2:30 p.m., April 19, in the 400 block of West 10th Street charging him with Battery. Juvenile was seen by Juvenile Intake and released to his parents.
Officers arrested Tonya Sterling, 32, and Brian Valcoure, 39, both of Concordia, at 5:40 p.m., April 19, in the 500 block of East 16th Street. Sterling was charged with Domestic Battery and Valcoure was charged with Domestic Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Both were transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Bradley Lee Elson, 36, Concordia, at 8:25 p.m., April 22, in the 700 block of State Street on a Mitchell County Warrant for Rape. Elson was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Citation—Officers cited Arasely Duron, 24, Longford, at 3:05 a.m., April 20, in the 100 block of Lincoln Street for Driving Without a Valid Driver's License.
Accidents—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 7:10 p.m., April 20, in the intersection of East 7th and Lincoln Streets involving vehicles driven by Roylee Knowles and Roy Anderson, both of Concordia. Minor damage and no injuries were reported.
Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 2:30 p.m., April 22, in the 700 block of East 9th Street involving vehicles owned by Michael S. Woolsey, Belleville, and Brandi Petersen, Clyde. Minor damage and no injuries were reported.

At 9:50 a.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to Concordia High School and transported a 13-year-old male to Cloud County Health Center.
At 6:19 p.m., Monday, Medic-5 went to the 800 block of Matthew and transported a 62-year-old female to Cloud County Health Center.
