Police Dept. Report
Theft—Amanda J. Zadina, Ashley N. Price and Savannah Lea Williams, all of Concordia, were charged with Theft of Property April 4. Investigation continues.
Victoria Horton, Belleville, reported Theft of Items from the 1100 block of West 11th Street at 3:15 p.m., April 5. Investigation continues.
Accident—Officers investigated a two vehicle accident at 5:55 p.m., April 5, in the 600 block of West 13th Street. A vehicle driven  by Thomas W. Pudge, Glasco, struck a legally parked vehicle owned by David Canfield, Concordia.
Arrests—Officers arrested Bradley Timothy Kramer, 19, Washington, at 9:15 p.m., April 5, in the 100 block of East 13th Street. Kramer was charged with Illegal Lane Change, Failure to Signal, Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, Transport Open Container, No Tax Stamp and Use of a Telecommunication Device to Sell and Distribute Narcotics. Also arrested was Adam Kadman Balliet, 19, Concordia, who was charged with Possession of Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, Transport Open Container and No Tax Stamp. Arrests were the result of a routine traffic stop; both Kramer and Balliet were transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Rickey Ninemire, 31, Concordia, at approximately 10 a.m. in the 100 block of East 6th Street on a Cloud County Warrant for Failure to Appear. Ninemire was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers conducting a traffic stop in the 200 block of East 7th Street at 11:35 p.m., April 6, arrested Dylan Louis Martin, 22, Concordia, charging him with Driving While Suspended. Martin was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Foster Makay Losh, 19, Concordia, at 2:35 a.m., April 7, in the 2200 block of Campus Drive. Losh was arrested on a Cloud County Warrant for Failure to Appear and was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Kayla R. Rowland, 23, Concordia, at 4:40 p.m., April 7, in the 300 block of East 9th Street on a Cloud County Warrant for Worthless Checks. Rowland was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers conducting a traffic stop at 10:35 p.m., April 7, in the 2100 block of Blosser Drive arrested Christopher Jordan Walker, 25, Concordia, charging him with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Expired Registration and No Tag Light. Jessica Lynn Sherwood, 22, Concordia, also was arrested at that location and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both were taken to Cloud County Corrections.
