Police Dept. Report
Accident—Officers investigated an Accident at 9:30 p.m., May 28, which occurred at 7th and Lincoln involving vehicles driven by James Key and Kent Smith, both of Concordia.
Arrests—Officers conducted a traffic stop at 6th and Broadway at 6:20 p.m., May 28, and upon investigation arrested Cory Guinn, 24, Concordia, for Driving While Suspended. He was cited and released.
Officers arrested Christopher York, 29, Concordia, at 9:15 a.m., May 28, in the 800 block of Washington on a Cloud County Warrant for Aggravated Assault. He was transported to the Law Enforcement Center.
Theft—Donald Collins, Concordia, reported a Theft at 12:25 p.m., May 28, which had occurred in the 100 block of E. 10th. Investigation continues.
Arrests–Officers investigated a Noise Complaint at 12:30 a.m., May 29, in the 700 block of Cedar, which led to the arrest of Dakota Mendenhall, 21, Concordia, for Disorderly Conduct. He was cited and released.
Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of East 5th at 2:30 p.m., May 29, and upon investigation arrested Chelsea Ellis, 27, Concordia, for Driving While Suspended. She was transported to the Law Enforcement Center.
