Police Dept. Report
Arrests—Officers arrested Sylvia Dillow, 51, Concordia, at 1:40 a.m., June 20, charging her with Disorderly Conduct, Transporting Open Container, DUI and Resisting Arrest. She was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
On June 20 at 1:10 a.m., officers responded to the 200 block of West 6th and arrested Reagan Riley, 46, Concordia, for Domestic Battery and transported him to Cloud County Corrections.
At 7:10 p.m., June 19, officers responded to the 100 block of East 8th and upon investigation arrested Jonathan Powell, 27, Edmond, Okla., on charges of Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct and Domestic Battery and transported him to Cloud County Corrections.
Theft—At 4:25 p.m., June 19, Jacqueline Kearn, Concordia, reported Theft of Items from her residence in the 800 block of Russ as well as Criminal Damage to Property.
At 12 p.m., June 19, Clint Tate, Concordia, reported a Theft of Items in the 100 block of West 6th.
