Police Dept. Report
Arrests—Officers arrested Joshua K.W. Flewelling, 20, Concordia, July 8, at approximately 11:20 p.m. in the 100 block of College Drive, charging him with Theft. Flewelling was cited and released.
Theft—James Boswell, Omaha, reported at 7:20 a.m., July 10, Theft of Mislaid Property that occurred in the 1300 block of Lincoln on July 7. Investigation continues.
Accidents—Officers investigated an Accident at 4:35 p.m., July 9, in the 700 block of East 5th involving a vehicle driven by Gemma Sanford, Belleville, and property owned by AT&T.
Officers investigated  an Accident at 3:10 p.m., July 9, that occurred at the intersection of 1st and Lincoln involving vehicles driven by Bryce Hutsell, Clyde, and Kyle Holmberg, Belleville.
