Police Dept. Report
Criminal trespass—Officers investigated a report of Criminal Trespass at 8:15 a.m., July 15, from Lori Baglo, Concordia. Investigation continues.
Theft—Cody Doupnik, Concordia, reported Theft of Items from the 700 block of East 6th Street at 8:15 a.m., July 15. Investigation continues.
Arrest—Officers arrested Ric Jacob Meczywor, 23, Concordia, at 3:25 a.m., July 16, in the 200 block of West 6th Street charging him with Attempted Burglary and Criminal Damage to Property. Meczywor was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Citation—Officers cited and released Jamie Morgan, 19, Concordia, and Mitchell Ranstead, 18, Smith Center, at 10:20 p.m., July 16, in the 400 block of West 7th Street, charging them with Minor in Consumption.

At 2:24 a.m., this morning, Medic-5 responded to Short Stop and transported one patient to Cloud County Health Center.
