Battery—Jean Mason, Concordia, reported at 3:45 p.m., July 1, that she had been battered earlier in the day. Investigation continues.
Theft—Scott Longfellow, Concordia, reported at 12:55 a.m., July 2, the Theft of Property and Damage to Property in the 400 block of West 8th Street. Investigation continues.

The items, date and location found are as follows: Children's lime green bike, April 16, 528 E. 2nd; Black XGames Knee pad, May 6, City Park; yard decor (female statue 2 1/2 ft. tall), May 22, CCCC dorms; orange key fob/small silver knife, June 3, 200 block, W. 10th; dog harness and two leashes, June 14, 600 block W. 8th; two MP3 players, June 18, 200 block E. 10th; Bifold wallet, June 19, City Park.
