Police Dept. Report
Arrests—On Aug. 16 the Concordia Police Department and the Cloud County Sheriff's Department with assistance from agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives successfully executed an Arrest and Search Warrant using the North Central Kansas STAR team. This was the conclusion of a joint investigation of the suspect. The suspect, Richard Serafin, 44, Concordia, was booked into Cloud County Corrections on numerous weapons charges.
On Aug. 16 at 12:05 a.m. officers responded to the 800 block of Washington and upon arrival arrested Devan Monroe, 21, and Kelby Kopfer, 21, both of Concordia. They were both transported to Cloud County Corrections and charged with Domestic Battery, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession of Marijuana.
On Aug. 15, at 8:20 a.m., officers arrested Blake Alderson, 31, Concordia, in the 700 block of East 7th Street on a Cloud County Warrant for Forgery and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was transported to Cloud County Corrections with additional charges of Possession of Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
On Aug. 15 at 6:45 a.m. Katarah Terry, Concordia, reported Damage to her Property which occurred in the 500 block of East 16th.
Sheriff's Dept. Report
Officers arrested Machelle Fisher, Concordia, Aug. 10, charging her with Possession of Meth Amphetamine, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Intent to Distribute. Fisher was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
Officers arrested Rodney McCullough, Clyde, Aug. 10, charging him with Possession of Paraphernalia with Intent to Distribute and Use of a Communication Device with a Drug Sale. McCullough was transported to Cloud County Corrections.
