Police Dept. Report
Theft–Gilford Hale, Concordia, reported on Friday, Aug. 15, at 12:45 p.m. the Theft of Items from the 500 block of West 3rd St. Investigation continues.
Accident– Officers investigated an Accident on Sat., Aug. 16th, at 11:00 a.m. in the 1500 block of Lincoln St. A legally parked and unattended vehicle owned by Gino E. Brichalli, Concordia, was struck and damaged at that location.
Citation–Officers cited and released Adam Scott McConnell, 22, Concordia, on Sat., Aug. 16th, at 5:00 p.m. in the 900 block of East 7th St., charging him with Criminal Trespass.
Arrest–Officers arrested a 17-year-old juvenile on Sat., Aug. 16th, at approx. 10:30 p.m. in the 900 block of Matthew, charging him with Aggravated Battery. Juvenile was released to his parents.
Damage to Property–Chace Hensley, Concordia reported on Sunday, Aug. 17th, that Property had been Damaged and taken from the 400 block of East 16th Street. Investigation continues.
