Police Dept. Report
 Arrests—Officers arrested James D. Ninemire, 40, Concordia, at approximately 12:30 a.m., Aug. 19, in the 900 block of Archer Street charging him with Driving Under the Influence, Transporting an Open Container, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Ninemire was transported to the Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

 Officers responding to a call of a vehicle striking a residence in the 100 block of State Street at 3:30 a.m., Aug. 19, arrested James D. Ninemire, 40, Concordia, charging him with Driving Under the Influence, Failure to Give Information on an Accident and Failure to Report an Injury Accident. Ninemire was transported to Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.

 Officers arrested Caitlin D. Allen, 19, Concordia, at 2:30 p.m., Aug. 18, in the 1000 block of Lincoln Street on a Cloud County Warrant for Unlawful Manufacture, Distribution, Cultivation or Possession of a Controlled Substance Using a Communication Facility. Allen was transported to Cloud County Law Enforcement Center.
