DAVID LEE DELFORGE
David L. Delforge, 62, of Concordia, Kan., died at his home on November 5, 2012. He was born November 5, 1950 to Oliver and Natalie (Leckberg) Delforge in Concordia, Kan. He graduated from Concordia High School.
David married Terry Majors on December 4, 1970 in Concordia. She preceded him in death May 16, 2012. He worked for the Santa Fe Railroad for 42 years.
Survivors include his mother Natalie of Wamego, Kan.; two sons, Christopher (Jessica) of Wamego; and Shawn of Oklahoma; two brothers Dennis, Concordia; and Daniel (Aileen), Valley Center, Kan.; three sisters, Sharon (Larry) Stockham, Laporte, Texas; Janice (Layman) Pritchett, Wamego; and Sandra (Derald) Price, Eudora, Kan.; two grandchildren, Dawson and Kiefer Delforge, Wamego. He is preceded by his father, is wife and son Chad.
Funeral Services will be Friday, Nov. 9, at 11:00 a.m. at Nutter Mortuary Chapel, 116 East 6th St., Concordia, with the Rev. Joseph Koechner officiating. Visitation is Thursday, Nov. 8 from 1-7 p.m. Family will receive friends from 6–7 p.m. Inurnment will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, at Nelson Cemetery, rural Concordia.
