DOROTHY M. (COX) MOSHER
Dorothy M. (Cox) Mosher, age 85, of Concordia, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013, at Cloud County Health Center, Concordia.
She was  born on Sept. 20, 1927, in Brazil, Ind., to Russell and Violet (Craig) Cox. Dorothy moved to Concordia shortly before she married Fred E. Mosher on June 13, 1948, in Concordia. Dorothy was a dietary aide at St. Joseph Hospital for 20 years and a farm wife in the Hollis area. Dorothy was a member of Faith Baptist Church, enjoyed crafts and was especially proud of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Jim (Deb), Concordia; daughters, Jean Mason (Bill), Concordia, Emily Fowles (Gale), Clay Center, and Sandy Mosher and partner Trina Mead, Gypsum; brother-in-law, Mike Pelland, Russell; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred, on Aug. 23, 1996; her parents; brother and sister.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Feb. 25, at Chaput-Buoy Funeral Home with Dr. Rex Fuller officiating. Burial will follow the services at Hollis Cemetery, Hollis. Visitation will be from 1-8 p.m., with family greeting from 5-6 p.m., Sunday, at the funeral home. The family suggest memorials to the Faith Baptist Church, in care of the funeral home.
